W880 Boiler disincrustant

This product is designed according to the incrustation problems of mini type boiler in clothes industry to prevent the forming and the elimination of incrustation. If usually used, it could reduce the phenomenon of vapor and water co-boils, foam entrainment to guarantee the quality of steam.

Instructions:
·Eliminating incrustation: Fully dissolve it with water, (density: 3-4kg/m^3), heat it until boiling (boiling is decided according to the incrustation), and discharge the foul water, then operate normally.
·Retarding incrustation: Each time before using the boiler, dissolve this product with water (density 2-3kg/m^3) and put it into the boiler.

Attentions:
·When used to retard incrustation, it should be added into the boiler on time.
·Discharge the foul water according to the regulations, normally 5% of the evaporation capacity. Each of the drains should be opened and closed three times.
·This product is pungent, when contacts skin or eyes, wash it quickly.
